Saturday morning
started with a delicious pancake
breakfast.
The book sale and lavender
lemonade stands were popular.
The community yard sale was
full of treasures and happy customers.
Any kids who wanted to ride
in the parade could get on the trailer.
Parade viewers were treated
to candy, fish crackers (from the fish rearing station
truck), and Otter pops. A brass band played from the back
of a pickup, while creative floats and an array of farming
equipment and other entries entertained the crowd.
Folks enjoyed browsing an
array of booths.
Baker Hall was the showplace
for some outstanding entertainment in the
afternoon.
In the evening, everyone
headed to the Border Inn for a BBQ dinner, auction, dance,
and raffle.
